Torino have officially completed the signing of Austrian international Jürgen Sämuel from Sturm Graz.
Il Toro have been very disappointing in the transfer market this summer with no real eye-catching signings, only bringing in Abbruscato (Lecce), Moro (Messina), Amoruso (Reggina), Valtulina (Pro Sesto), Calderoni (Treviso), and Colombo (Udinese).
Last week star man Alessandro Rosina launched a withering attack on President Urbano Cairo, even threatening to leave unless some notable players were brought in.
Torino have now reacted to this by snapping up Sturm Graz midfielder Jürgen Sämuel. A deal with the Austrian club was finalised this afternoon, and the player will take part in the pre-season training with the Granata in Malles from tomorrow.
The 23-year-old Samuel has been at Graz his entire career to date, while he has also won nine caps for his country, playing at Euro 2008.
