The report stated that the Primera Liga champions have a 'total agreement' with the Holland forward, who has usually welcomed a move to Spain.
Van der Vaart, who was desperate to join Valencia last season, backed down on his want-out plans as he recently declared his willingness to stay after the appointment of compatriot Martin Jol.
However, an offer from the Spanish titans would be too good to turn down for the former Ajax ace.
