This time, there was no miracle comeback for the Germans.Ivica Olic scored midway through the second half and Croatia withstood a late surge to hold on for a 2-1 upset win....Germany came back with one of their famous late goals but couldn't get the other one.
The other game saw Austria draw level with Poland after Referee Howard Webb awarded a penalty when he should have been blowing the final whistle.Ivica Vastic scored (video)and Austria is still in the competition.
